The CAT7581 is a voltage mode PWM controller designed to operate from a 4.5 V to 13.2 V supply and produce an output voltage as low as 0.8 V.
This 8-pin device provides an optimal level of integration to reduce size and cost of the power supply.
The CAT7581 has a fixed 300 kHz oscillator and soft-start function.
