DESCRIPTION
NEC's NX7314UA is a 1310 nm Multiple Quantum Well (MQW) structured Fabry-Perot (FP) laser diode transmitter optical subassembly (TOSA) with In Ga As monitor in a receptacle type package designed for LC type SFF/SFP transceiver modules. This device is ideal for Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) systems, STM-1 LONG HAUL L-1.1, ITU-T remendations, and SONET OC-3(LR).
