The package is 8-pin lead-less minimold suitable for surface mount. This IC is manufactured using our 50 GHz fmax UHS2 (Ultra High Speed Process) SiGe bipolar process. FEATURES • Operating frequency • Low current consumption • Supply voltage • Division ratio : fin = 8 to 16 GHz : ICC = 50 mA @ VCC = 5.0 V : VCC = 4.5 to 5.
