UPG2022TB Overview
NEC's UPG2022TB is a high power GaAs MMIC SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switch. This device can operate from 4.8 to 5.85 GHz with low insertion loss. It is housed in a pact, lead free 6-pin super minimold package.
