CX8501 Overview
Description
CX8501develops high efficiency synchronous stepdown DC-DC converter capable of delivering 1.0A current. The CX8501 operates over a wide input voltage range from 7V to 100V and integrate main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.
