The CMT2189C devices are fully integrated, highly flexible, high performance, SoC (G)FSK/OOK transmitters with embedded RISC microcontroller core for various 240 to 960 MHz wireless applications.

  • Interrupt capability.
  • 8-level deep hardware stack.
  • 2048 Words Flash / 128B SRAM / 256B EEPROM.
  • 2 x 8-bit timers/counters with programmable prescaler.
  • 4 I/O pins with individual direction control: - Interrupt-on-pin c.
