CN3066B Description
The CN3066B is a plete constant-current /constant voltage linear charger for single cell lithium rechargeable battery. The device contains an on-chip power MOSFET and eliminates the need for the external current sense resistor and blocking diode. Furthermore, the CN3066B is specifically designed to work within USB power specifications.
