s: The CN3801 is a PWM switch-mode LiFePO4 battery charger controller that can be powered by photovoltaic cell with maximum power point tracking function with few external ponents.
The CN3801 is specially designed for charging LiFePO4 battery with constant current and constant voltage mode.
In constant voltage mode, the regulation voltage is fixed at 3.625V with ±40mV accuracy.
