General Description
The CBM53D04/CBM53D14/CBM53D24 are quad 8-, 10- and 12-bit buffered voltage output DACs in MSOP10L packages that operate from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply, consuming only 500uA at 3V.
They have onchip rail-to-rail output amplifiers with slew rate of 0.7V/us.
