Description
CRM60G06E1 is 3-phase Integrated Power Modules (IPM) designed for advanced appliance motor drive applications such as energy efficient fans and pumps. CRM60G06E1 Contains Six IGBTs and FRDs, Three Half-Bridge Gate Drive HVICs with Temperature Sensing in a pact Package Fully Isolated and Optimized for Thermal Performance. This module is optimized for low EMI characteristics.
