Overview
The LM79LXXM3 series of negative regulators are available in the SOT-89 package and with -5V, -6V, -8V,-9V, -12V, -15V, -18V and -24V fixed output voltages, making it useful in a wide range of applications. These regulators can provide local on-card regulation, eliminating the distribution problems associated with single point regulation.
