Overview
OGI The LM78MXXM3 series of three-terminal positive regulators are available in the SOT-89 package and with 5V, 6V, 8V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 18V and 24V fixed output voltages, making them useful in a wide range of applications. These regulators can provide local on-card regulation, eliminating the distribution problems associated with single point regulation.
