At an output of +24dBm (10Vpp into 50Ω), the -3dB bandwidth is 120MHz. As illustrated in the table below, distortion performance remains excellent even when amplifying high-frequency signals to high output power levels. With the output current internally limited to 250mA, the KH560 is fully protected against shorts to ground and can, with the addition of a series limiting resistor at the output, withstand shorts to the ±15V supplies.
