Calogic LLC CL432A
CL432A is a 3-terminal Adjustable Shunt Regulator highly accurate 1.25V bandgap reference with a 1% tolerance. The device offers thermal stability, wide operating current (100mA) and an extended temperature range of 0o to 105oC for operation in power supply applications.
