The CAT3200-5 gives a fixed regulated 5V output. The constant frequency 2MHz charge pump allows small 1µF ceramic capacitors to be used. Maximum output loads of up to 100mA can be supported over a wide range of input supply voltages (2.7V to 4.5V) making the device ideal for batterypowered applications.
