FEATURES
The CM2830/CM2830A family is a positive voltage linear
Very Low Dropout Voltage
regulator developed utilizing CMOS technology featured low Low Current Consumption: Typ. 30 μ A, Max. 35 μ A
quiescent current (30 μ A typ.), low dropout voltage, and high Output Voltage: 1.5V, 1.8V, 1.9V, 2.0V, 2.2V, 2.5V, 2.7V,
output voltage accuracy. Built-in low on-resistance transistor
2.8V, 2.9V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.5V, 3.6V, and 3.8V
provides low dropout voltage and large output current. A
2.2 μ F or greater can be used as an output capacitor.
High Accuracy Output Voltage: +/- 1.5% Guaranteed 300mA Output
Input Range up to 7.
