⚫ Multi-Band operation 400 to 5000MHz The FM1024 V1.0 is a CMOS, high isolation, Silicon-On- ⚫ MIPI RFFE V2.1 interface patible Insulator (SOI) dual-pole, four -throw (DP4T) switch.
The ⚫ pact 2.0mm x 2.0mm QFN-16 package, MSL1 switch provides high linearity, low insertion loss and high isolation performances.
The FM1024 V1.0 is patible with MIPI RFFE V2.1 interface, which is a key requirement for many cellular Applications transceivers.
