RY9420 Description
e The RY9420 is a high frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. RY9420 provides different frequency and FB versions, which can be selected according to different 特 c applications. It offers a very pact solution to provide a 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation.
