The CA‐IS1200 devices are high‐precision isolated amplifiers and optimized for shunt‐resistor‐based current sensing.

Low offset and gain error and drift guarantee that measuring accuracy is maintained over the entire operating temperature range.

  • Fixed Initial Gain: 8.
  • Low Input Offset and Drift: ±1 mV (max) at 25°C, ±4 μV/°C (max).
  • Low Gain Error and Drift: ±0.5% (max) at 25°C, ±50 ppm/°C (max).
  • Low Nonlinearity and Drift: 0.01% (typ) for Full Scale, ±1 ppm/°C (typ).
  • 3.3‐V or 5‐V Operation for Both High‐ and Low‐Side.
  • High CMTI: ±150 kV/µs (typ).
  • Wide Operating Temperature Range:.
