CA-IS3062W
Overview
The CA-IS3062x are galvanically-isolated CAN transceivers with a built-in isolated DC-DC converter, that eliminates the need for a separate isolated power supply in space constrained isolation designs. The logic input and output buffers separated by a silicon oxide (SiO2) insulation barrier provide up to 5kVRMS (60s) of galvanic isolation.
