CA-IS3062W - Isolated CAN Transceiver

Description

The CA-IS3062x are galvanically-isolated CAN transceivers with a built-in isolated DC-DC converter, that eliminates the need for a separate isolated power supply in space constrained isolation designs.

  • Integrated DC-DC converter for cable-side power.
  • Integrated protection increases robustness.
  • 5kVRMS withstand isolation voltage for 60s (galvanic isolation).

  • ±58V fault-tolerant CANH and CANL.
  • ±30V extended common-mode input range (CMR).
  • Transmitter dominant timeout prevents lockup, data rates down to 5.5 kbps.
