CA-IS3098VW Overview
Description
The CA-IS309x family of devices is galvanically-isolated RS485 transceivers with built-in isolated DC-DC converter, that eliminates the need for a separate isolated power supply in space constrained isolated designs. All devices of this family have the logic input and output buffers separated by a silicon oxide (SiO2) insulation barrier that provides up to 5kVRMS (60s) of galvanic isolation and ±150kV/μs typical CMTI.
