Description

The CA-IS3213 is a series of capacitive isolation based single-channel gate drivers for driving SiC, IGBT and MOSFET devices.

The devices offer excellent dynamic performance and high reliability, as well as Sink/Source peak current capability up to ±15A.

  • Up to 33V Output Drive Supply Range(VDD-VEE) with 12V VDD UVLO Detection.
