General Description

The CA‐IS36xx family integrated signal and power isolation devices simplify system design and reduce board area.

These devices are high‐performance, dual‐channel and four‐channel, unidirectional reinforced digital isolators with up to 5kVRMS isolation rating and ultra‐fast data rate.
