Description
The CA‐IS372xC devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption, while isolating CMOS digital I/O. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier, and each channel input integrates Schmitt trigger to provide excellent noise immunity.
