3 Description
The CS485xx is a family of half-duplex RS-485 transceivers which could be used in harsh industrial and electrical environments. The bus pins could withstand high-level ESD events to protect internal circuit without damage.
These devices could provide multiple package options including SOIC8, MSOP8 and DFN8, which are suitable for space constrained and long-cable munication applications. Each device contains one driver and one receiver, supporting the power supply range from 3V to 5.5V.
These devices are specified over ambient free-air temperature range of
- 40°C to 125°C.
