General Description

The CN3903 is alow EMI signature, asynchronous, step-down, switch-mode converter with internal power MOSFETs.

It offers a very pact solution to provide a 3.5A continuous current over a wide input supply range, with excellent load and line regulation.CN3903 achieves low EMI signature with wellcontrolledswitching edges.Fault condition protection includesprogrammable-output over-voltage protection,Constant on time Mode, and thermalshutdown.

CN3903 requires a minimal number of readilyavailablestandard external ponents.
