- INTRODUCTION:
The CE8331 is a external power MOSFET boost controller designed for single-cell lithium or two cell alkaline, NiMH, or NiCd battery powered applications. A switching frequency of 1.0MHz minimizes solution footprint by allowing the use of tiny, low cost and low profile inductor and ceramic capacitors. The current mode PWM design is internally pensated. The CE8331 is rated over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
