AP2971
Overview
AP2971 is a High Efficiency Synchronous DC-DC Buck Converter with high efficiency and fast transient response, which can output up to 3A in a wide input range from 4.5V to 18V. The AP2971 integrates low RDS (ON) main switch and synchronous switch to minimize the conduction loss and eliminates the external Schottky diode.
