The APS2430 is a high efficiency monolithic synchronous buck regulator using a constant frequency, current mode architecture.

Features

High Efficiency: Up to 95 %.
1 MHz Constant Switching Frequency.
2.7 V to 6.0 V Input Voltage Range.
3.0 A Output Current at VIN = 3 V.
Quiescent Current: 60 µA (input < 4.2 V).
Integrated Main Switch and Synchronous Rectifier.
100% Duty Cycle in Dropout.
Shutdown Current < 1 µA.
Slope Compensated Current Mode Control for Excellent Line and Load Transient Response.
Robust protection features, OCP, TSD.
Same BOM L-C passive components for VI.
