KTLP350H Description
The KTLP350 contain a GaAlAs light emitter diode optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. KTLP350 series photo coupler is ideally suited for driving IGBT and power MOSFET used in motor control inverter application and inverter power system.
