The CT85x Series of integrated bipolar magnetic latches and analog sensor are designed for consumer and industrial switching applications.
It is based on Crocus Technology’s patented Magnetic Logic Unit™ (MLU™) technology with integrated CMOS process to provide a monolithic solution for superior sensing performance.
These devices are capable of handling large air gap applications with low magnetic fields down to 1.0 mT with best in class high frequency performance.
