CrossChip CC6420
CC6420 is a one-chip solution for single-coil brushless DC motor/fan with PWM speed control. The chip is designed and manufactured using an innovative advanced high-voltage BiCMOS process that is optimized for Hall sensors and motor drives. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
In terms of motor control, it has a soft-start function, which can eliminate the spike current when the motor starts. The chip comes with a sine wave modulation driver module and a built-in automatic gain modulation module.
