Description
The CMD159 is a highly efficient GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for EW and munications systems where small size and low power consumption are needed. The device is optimized for 12 GHz and delivers greater than 25 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB pression point of +2 dBm and noise figure of 1.1 dB.
