Features - Ultra low noise figure - High gain broadband performance - Single supply voltage: +4.0 V @ 75 m A - Small die size Description The CMD185 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for EW and munications systems where small size and low power consumption are needed. The broadband device delivers greater than 15 d B of gain with a corresponding output 1 d B pression point of +15 d Bm and a noise figure of 1.9 d B. The CMD185 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD185 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
