CMD185 Overview
The CMD185 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for EW and munications systems where small size and low power consumption are needed. The broadband device delivers greater than 15 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB pression point of +15 dBm and a noise figure of 1.9 dB. The CMD185 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
