The CMD201P5 is wideband GaAs MMIC distributed power amplifier which operates from DC to 20 GHz.
The amplifier delivers 11 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +27 dBm and output IP3 of 37 dBm at 10 GHz.
