Features - Low noise figure - High gain broadband performance - Low current consumption - All positive bias - Small die size Description The CMD229 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for microwave radios and C and X-band applications where high gain, low noise figure and low power consumption are needed. The broadband device delivers 27 d B of gain with a corresponding output 1 d B pression point of +13 d Bm and a noise figure of 1.4d B. The CMD229 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD229 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
