Description
The CMD282 is negative controlled, wideband Ga As MMIC 2-bit digital attenuator die which operates from DC to 40 GHz. Each bit of the attenuator is controlled by a single voltage of either 0 V or
- 5 V. The attenuator bit values are 4 d B and 8 d B, for a total attenuation of 12 d B. The CMD282 has a low insertion loss of 1.5 d B at 18 GHz and the attenuation accuracy is typically 0.1 d B step error. The CMD282 is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for RF port matching. The CMD282 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
