  • Error amplifier threshold voltage : 0.3 V ± (2.5 %) (CH1).
  • Fast line transient response with current mode topology (CH1).
  • PFM mode at light load current wi.

MB39C022G/J/L/N Description Buck DC/DC Converter + Low Noise LDO The MB39C022 is a 2 channels power supply IC. It consists of one channel Buck DC/DC Converter and one channel LDO regulator.
