All of the ultrasonic and thermo-sonically wire bonded hightemperature ICs are qualified and characterized from -55 to +220°C. It is offered in three temperature grades: A (-55 to 150°C), B (-55 to 180°C) and C (-55 to 220°C). The ADS-1201HT contains a fully functional 1 MHz A/D converter with a fast settling sample-hold, a precise reference, and offset and gain adjustment capabilities.
