PRODUCT OVERVIEW
DATEL's ADS-941 is a functionally plete, 14-bit, 1MHz, sampling A/D converter. Its standard, 32-pin, triple-wide ceramic DIP contains a fastsettling sample/hold amplifier, a 14-bit subranging (two-pass) A/D converter, a precision reference, a three-state output register, and all the timing and control logic necessary to operate from a single start convert pulse.
