PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The functionally complete, easy-to-use ADSCCD1202 is a 12-bit, 2MHz Sampling A/D Converter whose performance and production testing have been optimized for use in CCD applications. This device delivers the lowest noise (600μVrms) and the best differential linearity error (±0.45LSB maximum) of any commercially available 12-bit A/D in its speed class.
