DATEL MX-850
The MX-850 is a precision, high-speed multiplexer characterized for 10, 12, 14 and 16bit applications. The performance benchmarks are its 50 nanosecond maximum settling time to ±0.01% accuracy and its unprecedented ±0.001% accuracy specification.
