- Available as non-RoHS (Sn/Pb plating), standard, and as RoHS by adding “-PBF” suffix.
- Voltages from 6.8 to 400 V Breakdown (VBR)
- Suppresses transients up to 1500 watts @ 10/1000 μs (see Figure 1)
