AH4930 3D MAGNETIC LINEAR HALL SENSOR WITH I2C INTERFACE Description The AH4930 3D magnetic chip is a miniature monolithic sensor IC sensitive to the three orthogonal components of the flux density applied to the IC. On-chip integrated temperature sensor data is available for system functions such as junction temperature indication and temperature compensation of magnetic field measurement. A precision analog signal-path along with integrated ADC digitizes the measured analog magnetic field values, and this allows the AH4930 with the correct magnetic circuit to decode the absolute position of any moving magnet. With its magnetic field detection in x, y, and z-direction the sensor reliably measures three-dimensional, linear and rotation movements.
