300m A RF ULDO REGULATOR Description The AP2210 is a 300m A ULDO regulator which provides very low noise, ultra-low dropout voltage (typically 250m V at 300m A), very low standby current (1µA maximum), and excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR 75d B at 100Hz). This device is used in battery powered applications, such as handsets and PDAs; and in noise sensitive applications, such as RF electronics. The AP2210 also Features individual logic patible enable/shutdown control inputs, a low power shutdown mode for extended battery life, overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and reversed current protection. The AP2210 has 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 4.0V, 5.0V, and ADJ versions. The AP2210 is available in the space saving SOT-23-3 and SOT-23-5 packages.
