FMMT415 Overview
The FMMT415/417 are NPN silicon planar bipolar transistors designed for operating in avalanche mode. Tight process control and low inductance packaging bine to produce high-current pulses with fast edges. Fully EU Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS) & 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) pliant.
