(12kHz to 20MHz) • Extended Temperature Range up to 125oC • Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2) • Halogen and Antimony Free. “Green” Device (Note 3) For automotive applications requiring 0.8 ± 0.1 *Extended high frequency power decoupling is recommended (see test circuit for minimum recommendation). To ensure optimal performance, do not route RF traces beneath the package.
