DIO2364 is an ultra low VOS operational amplifier, with rail-to-rail CMOS input/output and single/dual channels selectable. DIO2364 has a gain-bandwidth product of 300k Hz(typ.), wide operating supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V and broad output voltage swing.
DIO2364 consumes ultra low power, with channel 17.0μA(typ.) of bias current, which makes DIO2364 be ideal for battery powered device, temperature-sense device, etc.
