D-K381C8 Description
D-K381C8 is a highly integrated power switch with Quasi-Resonant Buck (QR-Buck) constant current (CC) control for LED lighting applications. The IC has built in output Over Voltage Protection (OVP). D-K381C8 bines a 500V power MOSFET switch with a power controller in one chip.
