i W6401 Digital Programmable LED Driver IC pany confidential General description i W6401 is a highly versatile digital processor IC for off-line LED drivers in smart lighting applications. With its high degree of configurability it can serve as a platform for a wide range of digital dimming LED applications. Multiple dimming interfaces connect the i W6401 to home or building automation systems: I2C-bus, DLT receiver (IEC 62756 pliant), light switch on/off events using a configurable state machine. Lamp dimming curves are programmable. i W6401 can serve as a power front-end for wireless munication modules, intelligent sensors or generic microcontrollers. An integrated LDO provides a stable supply voltage for external peripherals. All operating parameters and functions are configurable using unique multi-write OTP programming.
